Circumferential Seam Welding Machine

Circumferential seam welding machine is custom made for welding circular seams of cylinders, tanks, vessels or hardfacing cladding overlay welding of rollers, train wheels, shafts,etc.

The equipment consists of welding machine tool body, linkage control system, welding equipment system, welding gun control system, etc. The whole equipment has a high degree of automation and easy adjustment. 

Machine tool body

1. It is composed of base, active head frame, top tight tailstock, electric lifting mechanism of welding gun, fine adjustment mechanism, lifting roller, etc.      

2. Active head frame; The active head frame is a driving system for rotating workpieces. The head frame is made of box-shaped mechanism tailor-welded, with good rigidity, built-in driving system and beautiful appearance. The chuck and the drive head are connected together, and the workpiece is clamped by the chuck to rotate under the drive of the drive head. 

Driving principle: AC motor-precision reducer-chuck-workpiece. The whole drive system has a self-locking function to ensure that the workpiece stays in any position at any time. The main engine drive is AC variable frequency stepless speed regulation, constant torque output, stable speed, eProfessionally at low speed to start or stop quickly.
