I-The box-type gantry welding machine is a multifunctional automatic submerged arc welding equipment developed by our company on the basis of absorbing the advantages of similar products at home and abroad according to market needs. The equipment can be used for submerged arc welding of box girders, with high degree of automation and convenient operation.

This machine is mainly composed of a walking frame, a gantry frame, a suspended submerged arc welding double-wire double-arc head, a flux feeding and recycling system, and a multi-functional tracking mechanism. The welding speed is controlled by a frequency converter and is steplessly regulated. The suspended submerged arc welding double-wire double-arc head is equipped with a horizontal carriage, a vertical carriage and a rotating disk, and the position and angle of the welding torch can be adjusted at will. The automatic tracking welding of the box girder can be realized through the tracking mechanism.
